  • The Applicant consents to receive emails, direct mail, and text messages from CSG Lending and its affiliates for purposes of account updates, information requests, and new service offers.
  • This application is made for business purposes only and not for personal, household, or consumer use.

Use of Information

  • Verify your identity and conduct due diligence
  • Process your application and determine your eligibility for one or more Services
